As your Buyer's Agent, I must keep all of your personal information confidential.
I cannot share it with the Seller or the Seller's Agent. In other words,
I work for you. Until 1995, you did not have this choice. It is important
to you and your success to take this choice seriously and choose your
Buyer's Agent wisely.
RESEARCH
AND ADVICE
As your Buyer's Agent, I will help you complete all of the research that
you need in order for you to decide if and when it is the right decision
for you to purchase a second home. If you have a question that I am unable
to answer, I will find you the answer promptly. You may decide after completing
your research that owning a second home is not the right decision for
you and that is OK. I am only glad that I am able to assist you in making
the right decision.
ACHIEVING
YOUR GOALS
Once you have completed your research and all of your questions have been
answered, you are ready to search for the perfect home. I will provide
you with a list of homes in your range that meet your specific criteria.
I will then assist you with every step from making the offer, to arranging
financing, selecting an attorney, choosing a home inspector, obtaining
insurance, meeting the property manager (if applicable), switching utilities
and finally, closing. My knowledge and experience as a real estate paralegal
and property manager enable me to provide you with service throughout
the ENTIRE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION. After the closing, I will continue
to be available to assist you in any way that I can. My goal is to provide
you with the best service and to MAKE A CLIENT FOR LIFE.
